VISA PROCESSING FOR JOB OFFER
Procedure aimed at those foreigners who wish to work for a company established in national territory and whose variants are the following:
Temporary Residence with Permission to Work
Document granted for a period of 1 year and with renewals for up to 4 years. Given to the foreigner that an offer has been made in Mexico and that he will be paid in national territory.
Temporary Residence without Work Permit
Document granted for a period of 1 year and with renewals for up to 4 years, generally given to the foreigner whose salary will be covered by a foreign company established outside of Mexico or granted to the relatives of the temporary resident with permission to work that will not carry out any lucrative activity in the country (wife and children).
Visitor with paid activity
Document granted for a period of 180 days, without extension of days. Granted to the foreigner who is hired by a Mexican company but for a period of time less than that indicated (180 days).
Visitor with unpaid activity
Document granted for a period of 180 days, without extension of days. Granted to foreigners who come to Mexico to provide technical advice, board meetings, visit affiliated companies, and whose wages or salaries are covered directly by a foreign company. Likewise, this type of document is granted to the relatives who accompany him.
