Can someone file to void a marriage that ended in divorce due to fraudulent misrepresentation from one of the party?

I guess you mean to say ‘separation’ instead of ‘divorce’. If you have been living apart without annulment, the marriage is still subsisting and it doesn't change your marital status until it has been dissolved or annulled as the case may be.
