Can someone file to void a marriage that ended in divorce due to fraudulent misrepresentation from one of the party?

If you are divorced? You are divorced. There's nothing like voiding a marriage that has suffered dissolution by way of divorce. The diivorce has already ended the marriage

If the marriage has been dissolved, you can't file for annulment any longer. Because there is no more any marriage to annul. If you wanted annulment, you should have filed for annulment in the first place, not divorce.

I guess you mean to say ‘separation’ instead of ‘divorce’. If you have been living apart without annulment, the marriage is still subsisting and it doesn't change your marital status until it has been dissolved or annulled as the case may be. Then you still need an attorney to file for the annulment. You can reach out for further advice.
