We advise owners, operators, developers and financiers of hotel, travel and tourism real estate in acquisitions and disposals, negotiation of hotel and resort management contracts, advice on all aspects of labour and employment benefits issues associated with operating in Saudi Arabia and, through the associated network of Baker & McKenzie offices and affiliated firms, in multiple jurisdictions, protection of hotel brands in structured leases and joint venture agreements and assist with all aspects of capital raising for hotel projects.
