Afenyo-Markin, Okutu and Associates is a registered law firm under the laws of Ghana and certified by the General Legal Council. The firm was formed by two partners,  Alexander Afenyo-Markin and Bernina Korkor Maseyo Okutu, all distinguished legal practitioners.  Apart from the two founding Partners, there are five lawyers, two law clerk and two general administrative staff.

Over the years the firm’s main area of interest has been Criminal Law with special interest in Cyber-crime, Anti-Money laundering and related areas. Other areas of practice include Land law, Corporate law and human rights law. Our departments allow for varied work across broad spectrum of serious practice. Considering Mr Markin’s experience in the corporate world, the firm also undertakes Management Consultancy and Business promotions activities.
