We assist with employment transfers and secondment to avoid potential claims brought by employees. As well as advising on terminating contracts, employee rights or employer obligations. Our team also review the legality of HR decisions for terminating employees and corrective actions, since they may be subject to review by the Labor Courts. Our team has drafted and approved the work organization policies for companies, and we hold a license to approve the regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).
