In 2017, Mary Carter Andrues, Vicki Podberesky, Michael Nasatir, and Richard Hirsch joined forces to form ANDRUES/PODBERESKY, a criminal and civil litigation boutique law firm specializing in the representation of clients involved in federal and state criminal investigations and prosecutions, administrative proceedings, commercial litigation, and False Claims Act cases.

Our clients have the unique advantage of being represented by attorneys who have long and seasoned careers as defense counsel and some of whom have served as federal and state criminal prosecutors.
