Back Khoa Law Firm (BKLAW) is a Vietnamese boutique law firm founded by a group of experienced, talented and trustworthy lawyers. We specialize in providing comprehensive legal services including legal advice and litigation to protect the appropriate rights and interests of clients through the courts or through arbitration – especially in the fields of corporate governance, banking, finance, infrastructure and commerce. Our team comprises more than ten lawyers and advisers, who have a broad range of  experience, technical skills and expertise, gained through undertaking a range of legal assignments in Vietnam and other countries.
