CC Solicitors was a Dublin-based boutique law firm founded by Colleen Cleary and focused on employment and partnership law. The firm advised employers, employees, senior executives, partners and professional services organisations on complex workplace and partnership matters, with experience across financial services, technology, media and telecommunications, healthcare, life sciences and other regulated sectors.

The practice developed a strong reputation for specialist employment advice, employment litigation and commercially focused guidance. Its lawyers handled matters including employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, workplace investigations, discrimination, bullying and harassment complaints, protected disclosures, data protection, business immigration, injunctions and partnership disputes.

CC Solicitors operated through a partner-led model designed to provide direct access to experienced specialists and practical strategic advice. The firm was acquired by Simmons & Simmons effective September 1, 2025, with founder Colleen Cleary and senior lawyers Regan O'Driscoll and Bernadette Daly joining the firm's Dublin employment practice while continuing to serve domestic and international clients.
