Our Partners and Associates

Ms. Sharma was admitted to the High Court Bar in Fiji in 2019 and commenced her legal career with private practice at Munro Leys as a commercial lawyer. Seeking greater exposure in terms of litigation, she joined Neel Shivam Lawyers and was promptly promoted to the position of an Associate based on her candour and exceptional performance in the areas of transactional, business, finance, and employment law. Dedicated to expanding her horizons, Ms. Sharma moved to Howards Lawyers to gain experience in complex corporate matters.
Whilst building her career in private practice, Ms. Sharma has been committed to imparting knowledge to upcoming lawyers. She allocated time to teach undergraduate law at the University of the South Pacific and moved forward with teaching post-graduate law (GDLP- graduate diploma in legal practice) at the University of Fiji.
Being in private practice, Ms. Sharma has continued assisting with voluntary research projects where possible. Recently, she engaged in a volunteer research project for climate change laws and carbon trading in Fiji.

Shristi is a third-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student at The University of the South Pacific and a legal intern at EquiLaw Fiji. She has developed a strong interest in
Torts Law and Civil Law, with a growing enthusiasm for Commercial Law.
With prior experience at Kapadia Lawyers, Shristi has gained an appreciation for the practical aspects of administrative and law clerk work. Her internship atEquiLaw Fiji, with its flexible hours, has allowed her to gain invaluable hands-on experience while effectively balancing her academic commitments. Shristi particularly enjoys legal research, finding it both insightful and rewarding.
