Κογκαλίδης Βασίλης

Vasilios Kogkalidis is a founding and managing partner of KPK LAW, a Kavala-based law firm established in June 2006. He has been a member of the Kavala Bar Association since 2003 and was admitted to practice before the Supreme Civil and Criminal Court of Greece in 2017. His academic background includes a law degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and postgraduate degrees in European company law from Heidelberg University and securities law from Democritus University of Thrace.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, business law, real estate, civil law and economic criminal law. He acts as legal counsel to leading companies in the region, including companies listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, and has represented multinational businesses before the Greek courts. His experience includes business restructurings, shareholder rights, temporary administration applications, payment order challenges involving banks and disputes involving commercial enterprises.
