KS Law

Kunal completed his Bachelor of Law Degree through the University of the South Pacific in year 2006 and in June 2007 he attained his certificate in Professional Diploma in Legal Practice.  Later in August 2007 he was admitted to the Rolls of the Court in Fiji.

Prior to establishing KS Law, Kunal worked in the Office of the Attorney General for 3 years where he obtained vast experience in general litigation, various extensive forms of contract drafting, providing sound legal opinions to various Government Departments and representing the interest of the Fiji Government both locally and internationally.

After overcoming various hurdles and being part of law making decisions, Kunal moved into Private Sector where he headed litigation teams for more than 3 years and dealt with high profile individuals, businesses and banks.

Kunal experiences range from the Employment Tribunal to the Highest Courts in Fiji.
