Michael is the Founder and Managing Partner of MA&P Lawyers. Prior to join MA&P Lawyers, he has worked in various prominent law firm in Indonesia such as F&P Law Firm, SSA Law Firm, Gunawan and Partner. He also worked in International NGO’s as a Public Policy Consultant. From his experience he has a deep knowledge in litigation, corporate matters, project cycle management and public policy.
Since joining in various law firm, he has worked on the incorporation of various foreign capital investment companies along with all required licences and approvals. He has also been extensively involved in major transaction in plantation, mining, Pre IPO, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition for both foreign and local companies. He has experienced in litigation process.
His practice areas include banking and finance, forestry and plantation, mining, electricity and transfer technology, public private partnership, aviation, telecomunication, merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, capital market, foreign capital investment, bussines contract drafting and review, legal drafting, and as well as general corporate and commercial law. He also experience in comercial litigation, civil litigation, criminal litigation and administrative litigation.
