Outsiders Law operates from Calgary and Toronto as outside counsel with an in house service model, leveraging technology to improve the quality, speed and cost of legal services. Its practice for businesses centers on Corporate & Commercial work, including incorporations, annual filings, director changes and resolutions, as well as commercial needs such as USAs, partnership agreements, joint ventures, amalgamations, wind ups and loan documents, with structuring guidance designed to ensure tax efficiency and strategic growth.

Led by founder Sebastian Elawny, Outsiders commenced the build out in October 2021 with a focus on startups, charities and not for profits across Canada. The team includes practitioners such as Lex Klombies and Rahul Tandon who drive governance, compliance and cross jurisdiction work for charities and NPOs.
