I had a very bad experience with this firm. 1) they promised to get me an appointment for my TRC by a certain date, they did not. 2) they told me I had to pay 500PLN and that they would inform me by e-mail about my appointment date. They never did. 3) The only way I was informed is because I had to contact them almost a month later. Had I not reached out to them, I don’t think they would have told me anything. 4) It’s only once I contacted them that they told me the truth. I expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund, as well as evidence that they even tried to book me an appointment. They said all this would be provided the following day. It was not. 5) I left a negative Google review. They threatened legal action against me. 6) They only provided me my refund days after it was promised. They never provided me the evidence promised. They also blocked me after I asked for the evidence. 7)My exchanges with them were always rude and dismissive. At some point I was considering a consultation and they did not even want to consult me. Please be careful with these firms. They somehow have positive reviews yet provided terrible customer service and they provide false promises. They also bully you into deleting your reviews of your honest experience.

I highly recommend Angels Immigration for any kind of documents.
