Samuel Li & Co.

About us

Lawyer Li Weicai started his legal career as a trainee lawyer in a multinational law firm. His boss is an international notary. It was from him that Lawyer Li learned solicitor and notary business. After that, Mr. Li worked in a Chinese law firm and continued to study notary business. His employers are both solicitors and international notaries, and he also gave Mr. Li profound insights and careful guidance on international notarization, laying a solid foundation for Mr. Li's current notary practice.

Naturally, Mr. Li also firmly followed in the footsteps of his two mentors and became an international notary. After passing the notary public examination, Mr. Li became an international notary public in 1995, and it has been 24 years since then.

Today, Mr. Li's clients include overseas governments and the world's leading brands. Its notarized documents have been used in more than 60 countries and 5 continents.

Lawyer Li has always been very enthusiastic about notarization, and he is grateful to the two mentors who have patiently taught him. Now, Lawyer Li also sets an example and imparts notarization-related knowledge. Mr. Li has held 35 seminars so far, showing notarization-related knowledge to professionals including notaries, lawyers, chartered secretaries, accountants, directors of listed companies, etc. The total number of participants exceeds 3,371. By holding seminars, Mr. Li also keeps pace with the times in notary business.

Lawyer Li has always been enthusiastic about public service and contributing to the society. Mr. Li has won the Justice Service Award and Voluntary Legal Service Award 11 times by the Home Affairs Department, the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Volunteer Development Council, in recognition of his dedication to publicizing and promoting legal knowledge to the public. In 2014, Mr. Li was nominated by the Law Society of Hong Kong to participate in the Bauhinia Leadership Volunteer Award organized by the Volunteer Development Council.
