Servicio ALFa

Servicio ALFA is a community legal collective based in Salta, Argentina, providing legal assistance and strategic litigation in support of human rights and equal access to justice. It has worked with communities and people facing vulnerability across Salta and northern Argentina since 2009.

The collective handles cases involving children and families, gender-based and sexual violence, alleged police abuse, social protest, and the rights of incarcerated people. Its reported work includes criminal representation, civil claims, family proceedings, collective actions, and environmental litigation.

ALFA describes its approach as solidarity-based and community-focused, combining legal representation with rights education and training. It works with individuals, families, organizations, and communities, and coordinates with other groups to support collective claims and strengthen access to justice.
