Simonius & Partner

We are a law firm and notary's office consisting of eight independent partners in the heart of Basel. The law firm emerged from the two offices Holliger Pfrommer & Partner and Simonius & Partner, which merged in October 2000. The origin of today's expenses community goes back even further, namely to the offices of the law firm Dr. flights, Prof. Simonius and E. Wiemken, resp. to the law firm and notary's office founded in Basel in 1916 by Dr. Fritz Hagemann, which was continued after his death by Drs. Walter Müller & Co.

Our work is geared towards both general practice and business law. Our clients include companies as well as private individuals, whom we assist in all aspects of life in an advisory and forensic manner (ie in contentious proceedings before courts and other authorities). The companies are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger companies with an international focus.
