The firm was founded in August 2019 by Somboon Kitiyansub and Rittichai Ngodngam as “Somboon and Partners” or “SBNP”.  Panuwat Chalongkuamdee and Passawan Navanithikul joined us in 2020, created an integrated corporate finance and banking practices, as well as strengthen merger & acquisition practice. The firm identity was changed to SRPP or Somboon Rittichai Panuwat Passawan.
