Studio Agostini & Kasapoğlu is an international boutique law firm based in Bologna and Ankara, founded by attorneys Alberto Agostini and Irmak Kasapoğlu.

We advise companies, investors and private clients in Italy and Turkey and represent their interests internationally, with a focus on cross-border business, corporate and commercial advisory, intellectual property, digital industries and emerging markets. Much of our work sits at the intersection of private business law, public regulation and innovation, where legal frameworks meet new economic realities.

The boutique structure and a network of Of Counsel - a Turkish chartered accountant for tax matters, a CIPP/E lawyer for data protection - allow us to handle complex operations while keeping a direct relationship with the client.
