Webber Newdigate was established in 1978 in Maseru, Lesotho by the partners at the time of Webbers in South Africa. Webber Newdigate has since developed into the largest law firm in Lesotho.

The firm provides legal services to mining companies, government authorities, insurance companies, banks, para-statal organisations and various stakeholders in the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, such as international construction companies, professional advisory firms and consortiums.
