Willson & Pechacek, PLC was formed in January 1994. However, the attorneys of Willson & Pechacek have cared for clients since 1949. Indeed, the two founding members of Willson & Pechacek have over 100 years of combined practice of law.
The firm opened its doors at its current location in January 1994, with three attorneys and a staff of six people. Today, we have over 20 attorneys and staff. We have expanded our main office and have satellite offices in Treynor, Oakland, Carroll, Harlan, Clarinda, and Onawa, Iowa.

Our attorneys stay abreast of current income, payroll, and sales tax legislation and render their expertise in tax law.
