Lexpoint
Pristina, Kosovo
We advise businesses, investors, and individuals on commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and cross-border legal matters, drawing on qualifications in both Kosovo law and New York law.
Our practice is deliberately focused. We concentrate on the matters our clients encounter most: establishing and operating businesses in Kosovo, protecting commercial rights, and navigating the intersection of Kosovo's legal framework with international requirements.
Each matter receives a frank, confidential assessment at the outset. We advise on what is achievable, at what cost, and within what timeframe, and we take on cases we can advance substantively.
We work with domestic businesses, foreign investors, and private individuals. Our clients include companies entering Kosovo from the United States, Germany, and other jurisdictions, as well as established local entities requiring commercial or regulatory counsel.
Our experience extends to high-value public and private transactions. Members of our team have contributed to legal work connected with financial agreements exceeding USD 235 million between the Republic of Kosovo and the United States, providing insight into complex, multi-stakeholder transactions, public-sector legal frameworks, and internationally funded projects.
In addition, our team has experience advising on capital markets transactions and venture capital matters, including the legal aspects of investment structures, financing arrangements, and corporate transactions. This combination of public-sector and private-sector experience enables us to provide commercially focused advice on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters.
