Spain clarified constructive dismissal rights for wage delays and reinstated protections against dismissal for requesting flexible work schedules. Hong Kong confirmed the abolition of MPF offsetting for severance from May 1, 2025. A Dutch proposal could mandate workplace conduct codes for employers (10+ employees). The EU AI Act's implications for employers regarding AI system use also gained focus.
