Ich habe jemandem Land verkauft. Er hat 1,5 Mio. bezahlt; der Restbetrag von 500.000 steht aus. Ich habe ihm bereits eine Teilzahlungsquittung ausgestellt mit der Aufforderung, die Zahlung in der ersten Woche dieses Jahres zu leisten, aber der Käufer ist dem nicht nachgekommen. Ich habe erneut angerufen, und er sagte, ich solle ihm noch eine Woche geben; er hat weiterhin nicht gezahlt, und andere Käufer möchten kaufen. Ich muss einige ausstehende Rechnungen begleichen. Was soll ich tun?

As I see it, you have three options- You can contact a lawyer to write a letter of demand to him to pay the balance within a period of time, while informing him that the land still belongs to you. Or you can refund his money and resell your land to someone else. Or You can also sell as it is, draft a proper legal document and refund his money from the money you sold the land for. But contact a lawyer immediately to guide you as the situation unfolds.
