Domestic violence and divorce in Qatar

Hello 
I am expirincing domestic violence constantly during 4 years from my husband and decided to open the case at the police station as I got injury from the last time he insulted me. I have two kids age 2 and 4. We are married at the Kyrgyzstan Ambassy in Qatar. What are the chances to get a full guardianship on my kids? I will have a court hearing soon
