Yes, you can still file an annulment or nullity of marriage even if you are abroad. Your lawyer will prepare the petition and all other documents that you need such as an SPA and he will send it to you for you to sign and have it authenticated before the Philippine embassy in the country you are in. Send the authenticated documents to your lawyer for filing. However, you will still be required to appear before the court when it is time for you to testify.
