The firm’s services include assistance and documentation in setting-up of corporations including the crafting of articles of incorporation and by-laws and the acquisition of various permits and certifications from local and national government entities.

Atty. Marvi R. Abo, is the Founder and the Managing Partner of the firm. He organized the founding of the firm in 2018. Anchored on his vision and iron will, he leads the firm in its continued exponential growth.On June 2020, he was chosen as the best Corporate Lawyer (Philippines) in the Southeast Asia Business Awards hosted by the APAC Insider and one of the youngest lawyers ever to win it. On November of the same year, he was a finalist as the Young Lawyer of the Year in the prestigious Philippine Law Awards.He focuses his practice on different fields of corporate law. He used to be the in-house counsel of big corporations, i.e., Citinickel Mines and Development Corporation, Oriental Energy and Power Generation Corp., Monte De Tesoro Corp., AMA Group of Companies. He represented these corporations before various government agencies and courts.He is also an enthusiast of litigation work and regularly defends the rights of the firm’s clients in various courts and government agencies in the Philippines.He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree, major in Asian Studies from the University of Santo Tomas. He thereafter obtained his law degree from Arellano University School of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year.

Atty. Penaranda is a Senior Partner of the firm. He focuses his practice in the fields of Civil, Criminal, Land Registration, and Labor Law.
He used to be the Clerk of Court in the Regional Trial Court of San Mateo, Rizal, where his knowledge of trial and court procedure was further polished. Subsequently, he became a corporate legal counsel for one of the biggest information technology University in the country and a group of companies focusing on food, beverage, and services where he handled various legal problems for them.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree, major in Asian Studies from the University of Santo Tomas. He thereafter obtained his law degree from the Philippine Christian University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year.

Atty. Acuña earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas and was admitted to the bar a year thereafter. She also obtained her degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Central Philippine University.
She started her legal career as an Associate Lawyer in Valenton Loseriaga Law Offices in 2019 where she gained exposure in the field of civil and criminal litigation as well as to labor law practice.
In law school, she had her internship with the Office of Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa in the Supreme Court. She was also a member of the Golden Notes Political Law Committee where she contributed in making updated and organized study materials for political law subjects.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Atty. Acuña served as a Municipal Councilor for two (2) consecutive terms in her hometown in the municipality of Belison, province of Antique.
