The company’s litigation team was honored to attend a workshop among the development programs that the company offers to its employees, a course in litigation skills presented by the former judge and lawyer / Sultan Al-Ameera. Lawyer Sultan is one of the most distinguished lawyers in the banking sector, as he heads the litigation unit for the central region at the National Commercial Bank. Al-Mulki discussed ways to file lawsuits and restrict them in short periods, without prejudice to the intention of the client. He also discussed with the attendees ways to deal with judges’ requests and interlocutory requests. The lawyer also detailed ways to best draft the statutes of cases at all levels of litigation.
