One of my most significant cases involved the brutal murder of a transgender woman in Peshawar. I had the honour of representing the deceased through her community and ensuring that justice was not compromised by social pressure or procedural loopholes.
During the proceedings, the father of the deceased expressed his intention to forgive the accused. However, I argued before the Hon’ble Court that such forgiveness could not absolve the offender from criminal liability, as the offence of murder is not merely a private dispute but an offence against the State and society at large.

In this matter, I successfully represented the rightful claimant in a Supurdari petition before the court concerning the recovery of valuable personal belongings, including mobile phones, wallets, and other seized items.
After the police had taken the articles into custody during investigation, my client faced difficulty retrieving them despite being the lawful owner. I filed a detailed Supurdari application under Section 516-A Cr.P.C., supported by ownership evidence and witness verification.
During the hearing, I argued that the seized items were not required for further investigation or evidence and that continued detention served no legal purpose. The Hon’ble Court accepted my submission, allowing the Supurdari petition and ordering the immediate release of all items phones, wallets, and accessories to my client’s custody.
