mr. Ruud Gijsen  is straightforward, listens, asks the right questions, analyzes your legal problem, but above all looks at what lies behind that problem. This is the only way I can come to a complete and good advice. If necessary, litigation will take place.

Emphasis within the practice is on the areas of law that entrepreneurs, directors and managers encounter in day-to-day practice, such as  corporate law , employment law , contract law and debt collection . This also includes seizure, franchise and intellectual property issues.

Register of jurisdictions

mr. R. Gijsen has registered "General Legal Practice" in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar Association as main (and sub) legal areas. On the basis of this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training credits in each registered legal area in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association every calendar year .
