Criminal Defense Lawyer in Stockholm – Serving Clients Across Sweden
As your criminal defense lawyer in Stockholm, Advokatfirman XXV offers experienced, specialized, and dedicated representation for individuals suspected of crimes. This is exactly what you should expect from your defense attorney, because being under criminal suspicion is one of the most intrusive situations a person can face. The preliminary investigation, police interrogations, possible detention, trial, and sentencing involve complex and often overwhelming processes for the accused. In such circumstances, it is crucial to have a competent defense lawyer by your side – an attorney who safeguards your rights and ensures you receive a fair trial.
Advokatfirman XXV works with all types of criminal cases, including economic crimes, and represents clients both as court-appointed and privately retained defense counsel. Our office is located in Stockholm, but we take on cases throughout Sweden. With many years of experience handling both smaller cases and highly complex criminal matters – including some of Sweden’s most high-profile trials – you can rely on us for skilled and strategic representation.
We approach every case with precision, commitment, and expertise to ensure your rights and interests are fully protected. If you are suspected of a crime, you have the right to request the lawyer you want to represent you. You submit your request to the police, who then forward it to the court for approval.
