A significant event during the multi-stage legal support was the launch of the process of reunification of the land plot separated from the apartment complex and the positive result recorded.
The Yerevan Municipality, headed by Mayor Tigran Avinyan, also actively participated in this process within the scope of its powers.
The organization of active, effective and constructive negotiations with all parties involved in the case by the legal team of the “AM” law firm, as well as the legal support, brought a positive result, and in July 2025, the application for the reunification of the separated land plot at Anastas Mikoyan 64/7 received state registration of rights by the RA Cadastre Committee, as a result of which the common yard area of the residents was returned to them.
"AM" lawyers will continue to defend the interests of their clients-residents in bankruptcy proceedings, hoping that the successes recorded will be continuous and will end in a complete victory.
