Doctor Grigor Minasyan is a member of Chamber of Advocates of Armenia and has led “AM” law firm since the formation of the company. He was also the founder of “Lex Partners” law firm and since 2009 had been leading the company as its managing partner. From 2011 Dr. Minasyan is also the official representative of Armenia in European Public Law Organization (EPLO), based in Athens.
He is a member of the board of directors of EPLO which is one of the most reputable international legal institutions. Grigor Minasyan graduated from Law Department of Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University. From 2005 till 2008 he studied at Public Administration Academy of Armenia, where he attained his doctoral degree in law.
From 2004 till 2008 he occupied several key positions in various departments of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia serving as a legal expert, as well as leading different divisions of the Ministry. During the same period he was a lecturer at Law Institute of Ministry of Justice and led the law chair of the Institute. From 2005-2011 Grigor Minasyan was the leading editor of the scientific journal “Justice”. Yeva Arakelyan is a member of Chamber of Advocates of Armenia and graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of law.
From 1999 till 2008 she worked at the Legal Department of Ministry of Trade and Economic Development of RA and held a leading position. From 2008 till 2012 she worked at “Defense” law firm as a senior lawyer. She was the founding member of “Media Law Institute” NGO and the program coordinator of “Center for Freedom of Media” NGO.
During her career Yeva Arakelyan has provided legal services in regard to different fields of law to companies operating in different spheres. She is experienced in drafting contracts, dispute resolution, drafting legal acts, legislation in regard to activities in the field of subsoil usage.

Doctor of law, member of Chamber of Advocates of Armenia David Hunanyan joined AM” Law Firm’s team since the formation of the company.
During 2007 he worked as a lawyer at “Armenia TV” company, from 2009 till 2012 he held the position of a legal adviser at “Defense” law firm. Since 2011 David Hunanyan is a lecturer at the department of criminal law and criminology of the Academy of the Educational Complex of RA Police. Since 2012 he has been participating in the preparation of disciplinary cases for the Chamber of Advocates. David Hunanyan graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law.

Vanik Margaryan is a member of Chamber of Advocates of RA and joined “AM” law firm since formation of the company. Previously he gained professional experience at “DEFENSE” law firm where he had been working since 2009. He graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law and obtained Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in law. In 2012 Vanik Margaryan worked at Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of RA and participated as an expert in programs organized by OSCE and EU.
In 2013 he finished School of Advocates of RA being one of the first graduates of the school. Starting from 2015 Vanik Margaryan is licensed mediator, as well accredited mediator by Center of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR, London). Starting from 2016 Vanik Margaryan is also patent attorney specialized in the field of trademarks.

Narine Sargsyan graduated from French University of Armenia, Faculty of Law where she obtained her Master’s degree. She spent her internship at the Department of International Treaties of RA Constitutional Court, at the Department of Turkey of the Division of Bordering countries of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RA, as well as at the Department of Law of the “Vallonic Agency for Export and Foreign Investment” in Belgium.
She worked at “Armadel Consulting” law office as a legal adviser. She provided legal services in the fields of labour law, marriage and family and civil law. She provided legal services to “Mets Aniv” LLC, “Modeart” LLC, “Mode Expo” LLC , “League Press” LLC.
