Suhaib Sharif is the Managing Partner of Andersen in Palestine. He is a legal and business professional, specializing in business, labor, corporate, governance, arbitration and mediation, leasing and investment laws. He is a certified attorney and has been a member of the Palestinian Bar Association since 2010. His notable expertise in negotiations places him at the forefront of representing local and regional clients in Palestine and the Middle East, particularly in matters related to structuring deals, negotiating with counterparties and regulators, as well as drafting and implementing transactions and agreements.
Suhaib adopts a sector-based approach, which allows him to provide commercial and pragmatic advice exclusively tailored to client needs. His extensive knowledge in corporate and commercial matters as well as his large and diverse pool of social and business connections, enable him to provide comprehensive legal services, connect companies with stakeholders, and construct effective and practical strategies.
Suhaib is highly skilled in data analysis and evaluation of companies’ costs and benefits. Additionally, Suhaib provides sophisticated consultations on the best human resources management methods and mechanisms. Suhaib is a part time lecturer in the department of law at Birzeit University. Suhaib received his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2018. He obtained his Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Public Law and his Bachelor’s (LLB) degree in Law from Birzeit University. He also attended a special program in civic engagement, participatory governance, and conflict resolution from Syracuse University, New York. He is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Mahmoud Abu Sway is a Senior Partner at Andersen in Palestine. Additionally, he is the head of the litigation department. His main area of practice is in litigation, civil law, constitutional law, administrative laws labor law, and arbitration. He is a certified attorney and has been a member of the Palestinian Bar Association since 2009.
Mahmoud represents clients (individuals, companies, and organizations) before all court levels in Palestine, including the Supreme Court, Cassation Court and the Constitutional Court. He assists clients with balancing the benefits, costs, and risks of a case and choosing the most cost-effective approach that’s consistent with the client’s goals and needs.
Mahmoud is very well-known for providing sophisticated legal opinions, both orally and in writing, to assist clients with mitigating their legal risks and disputes. He is also an experienced trainer who continually conducts trainings in different areas. Additionally, he has vast experience in alternative dispute resolutions, as he is a member of the Palestine Body for Sports Arbitration.
Aside from his practical experience, Mahmoud is a part-time lecturer in the department of law at Birzeit University. He worked as a coordinator for the Constitutional Law Unit at the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University and a coordinator for the project of developing higher education at Birzeit University funded by the European Union.
He participated in several research papers in local and international conferences. He has published many studies and books in the field of international, constitutional law, and human rights.
Mahmoud is a holder of a Ph.D. degree from the University of Tunis El Manar in Tunisia. He obtained his Master’s degree in Public Law from the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University. He was awarded his Bachelor’s degree from the same university (with Honors).

Bisan Nimer is a Senior Associate II at Andersen in Palestine. she is the head of the Contracts Department. She is a certified attorney and has been a member of the Palestinian Bar Association since 2017. Her main area of practice is Agreements, business law, NGOs, employment law and procurement.
Bisan is also known for her capabilities and skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts on local, regional, and international levels in Arabic and English, especially in commercial areas. She also has experience in preparing and writing legal documents, especially legal opinions and memorandums on various legal aspects. Bisan is known for her research, legal writing, and analytical skills.
Bisan is also experienced in preparing and drafting constitution documents for various types of companies, in addition to drafting complex company employment documents such as human resource policies, penalties lists, employee’s provident funds and internal regulations.
She previously worked in the Legal Department at the United Steelworkers headquarters in Pennsylvania, United States, where she gained extensive experience in employment laws and unions.
She received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Birzeit University in 2015. She obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Business Law from Pittsburgh University School of Law in 2018.

Yara Abu Meizer is a Senior Associate II at Andersen in Palestine. She is the he head of the Entrepreneurship and Startups Department. Additionally, she is a certified Attorney and a member of the Palestinian Bar Association.
She is skilled in assisting Palestinian entrepreneurs, startup founders, donors, incubators, and all relevant stakeholders through delivering highly-skilled, effective, innovative, and customized legal consultations in a timely manner. She is also known for her negotiating, drafting and reviewing skills both in Arabic and in English, and she provides legal awareness sessions and trainings for startups and entrepreneurs. She is currently a startups legal mentor at Founder Institute- the world's most proven network to turn ideas into fundable startups, and startups into global businesses.
She received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Birzeit University, with a diploma from Sciences Po Rennes (France) , and she obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in international law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Anat Deek is Paralegal at Andersen in Palestine. She is a certified Attorney and a member of the Palestinian Bar Association. She helps lawyers during trials by conducting research on laws, legal articles, and regulations and organizing and presenting information. Anat also assists lawyers by writing reports to prepare for trials, investigating facts of cases, drafting correspondence and documents, such as agreements and contracts, and getting formal statements and affidavits that could be used as evidence in court.
Anat is also known for her research and drafting skills. She helps the firm with drafting different types of legal instruments and writing valuable legal opinions and articles.
Anat obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from Mohammed V University in Rabat in 2018 and obtained her Master’s degree in International and European Trade and Investment Law from The University of Szeged in 2020.
