Angualia Daniel is an advocate of the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Uganda. He is a commissioner for oaths and notary public. He holds Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree of Makerere University (2007), a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice of Law Development Centre and a Master of laws degree of Kampala International University (2011). Commercial Arbitration, (Member Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a practitioner of Construction law in Uganda.
Before co-founding Angualia Busiku & Co. Advocates, Mr. Angualia Daniel worked with Micro Enterprises Development Network Limited (microfinance arm of World Vision) as its Legal Manager where he advised the company on several legal matters. He also worked with different commercial and corporate law firms in the city of Kampala wherein he acquired vast experience in his current practice areas. He was a lecturer of company law, commercial law and trademarks in the School of law of Kampala International University as well as Cavendish University.
He is the managing partner in the law firm of Angualia Busiku & Co. Advocates where he leads a vibrant team of advocates, consultants and administrative staff. He currently practices; company law, commercial law, foreign investments law, trademarks law, construction law, involving both local and international companies on various complex transaction; advisory, litigation and arbitration practice.
Angualia is a member of; Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda, Uganda Law Society, East Africa Law Society, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb-UK), International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI.ORG). He is the Country Representative of Africa Construction Law (A pan African Initiative set up by Construction law practitioners across Africa and in the diaspora to promote thought leadership in the field of construction law and practice in Africa). He is also a contributing member of the World Bank Doing Business Project for Uganda since 2014 among other professional memberships and engagements.

Mr. Busiku Peter holds a Bachelor of laws and Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Makerere University, Kampala and MBA from East and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI). He is currently pursing PhD in law from Unicaf University Zambia and due to graduate next year. He alslo completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre. Mr. Busiku is also an accomplished journalist by profession wherein he qualified with BA (Hons) from Makerere University (1996) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Media Management and Journalism from Uganda Management Institute.
Mr. Busiku previously worked for Kampala University as its Legal and Public Relations Manager and as a lecturer in the School of law of Cavendish University Uganda. He also worked as Principal private Secretary to the Speaker of the Republic of Uganda.
Mr. Busiku is a partner in the law firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of international law, media and mass communication law, legislative drafting, Intellectual property law and real estate law and conveyancing. He is a respected attorney in his practice areas.

Ms. Ninsiima holds Bachelor of Laws and master of laws Degree from Makerere University. She is also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. For her master of laws (LLM) degree, she concentrated on; corporate finance, corporate governance, computers and the law, international law, conflict of laws and law of treaties.
She is a senior advocate of the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Uganda. She is a member of Uganda Law Society and East Africa Law Society. Ms. Ninsiima is a senior advocate in the law firm and result oriented who will do whatever the law permits to get results for clients before her.
Ms. Ninsiima previously worked with M/s Kiboijana Kakuba & Co. Advocates as an advocate wherein she was involved in high profile real estate and land transaction matters. She handled employment and Labour law cases, company law, hire purchase law and general civil litigation. She also handled several company secretarial and land matters for clients in the law firm.
She has over time built reputation and specialization in; NGO law and practice, commercial and corporate law, construction law, employment law and family law. Ms. Ninsiima is also a lecturer in Makerere University Business School in the Faculty of Commerce, Department of Business Law, where she conducts lectures in Business Law. She is currently studying International commercial arbitration for membership at The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London (MCIArb- UK).

Stuart holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Kampala International University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Stuart is a senior associate in the law firm where he heads the litigation department. He is involved in high value litigation matters in the courts of judicature and supervision of other associates under him in the litigation department. He has keen interest in commercial law, construction law, real estate transaction, intellectual property and legal advisory.
He is studying Master of Laws degree from Makerere University with keen interest on; commercial law, corporate law, corporate governance, environmental law and intellectual property wherein he is due to complete later this year.

Kisira Dick is a senior associate in the firm and is involved in commercial and transactional due diligence investigations, preparation of legal opinions and briefs and representation of clients in courts of law. Jacob holds Bachelor of Laws Degree of Kampala International University, Post graduate diploma in Legal practice from Law Development centre. He is currently pursuing Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Kampala International University wherein he is due to graduate later this year.
