Bachmann/Partners Advokatfirma was established in 2016 by Christian Bachmann and his team of skilled lawyers. For many years, Christian has worked in the largest Danish law firms and has been very involved in tax law as chairman of Denmark's Tax Attorneys.

For many years, the legal profession has effectively been reserved for lawyers. Bachmann/Partners wants to be known for gathering the best skills so that the tasks can be solved optimally for the clients. For example, in addition to extremely skilled lawyers, Bachmann/Partners has an engineer, a car expert and an accountant attached, so that we can get to the bottom of the specialties in which we want to be leaders.

We want our clients to experience business empathy at a high level, genuine value creation and a high degree of service and accessibility.

Bachmann/Partners also works with the criminal law part of commercial law. Our strength is that, unlike many prosecutors, we know the basic tax or levy law which is allegedly violated and, in addition, we know the criminal law. This provides a double benefit to our clients.

Our tasks are typically:

Negotiation with SKAT about punishment as a defender in fine cases
Elected defense counsel in professional criminal cases on economic crime and tax
Preparation of strategy in relation to the underlying civil tax case - what comes first
Negotiations with the prosecution
Preparation of evidence and material collections for the court as the extra effort needed to lift the burden of proof for the defendant's simple negligence or mistake
