We are Attorneys, Notaries and Conveyancers who have over 40 years of experience and we understand business and believe that it is our passion for work and the willingness of our professionals and staff that allows us to gain thorough knowledge of our clients’ business and their specific needs.

Originally started by Michael Ruben Burmeister in February 1978 as M R Burmeister & Company. In June 1980 Hermanus De Villiers Lamprecht joined Michael Ruben Burmeister and they practised under the name and style of Burmeister & Lamprecht. The firm later relocated to 12 Graham Street, North End, Port Elizabeth during 1987. In 1996 Craig Todd De Lange joined the firm and in 1999 Burmeisters was incorporated and practised as Burmeister De Lange Incorporated. In May 2008 Soni Inc amalgamated with Burmeister De Lange Inc. to form a new firm Burmeister De Lange Soni Inc. During 2016 Burmeister De Lange Soni Inc had a revamp and commenced practising as BDLS Attorneys Inc. In August 2017 BDLS Attorneys Inc relocated to their new offices at 60 2nd Avenue, Newton Park, Port Elizabeth.
