Benn-Ibler was founded in March 2010 by experienced, highly-reputed commercial lawyers. The firm is driven by the partners’ determination to provide their clients with highest-quality, direct, personal service.
The firm is a commercial law firm with a strong practise in general commercial, and corporate matters, as well as real-estate, construction, infrastructure, public administrative law and litigation. Insolvency and restructuring is a particular focus area with the partners of the firm also being accredited and active as receivers.
Benn-Ibler has years ago started to focus on and use AI tools in its practise and our lawyers often work in integrated teams with coders on digital applications solving our client needs efficiently. The firms lawyers therefore have deep expertise in legal data mining, legal workflow structuring and likewise legal issues related to AI and IT, including the GDPR and AI Act.
Another specific focus point is the firms healthcare practice, in particular in areas of liability and digital healthcare issues.
We deliberately avoid allocating exclusively specific areas of practice to individual partners, in order to be able to build up relationships of trust between lawyer and client on a broader basis.
Benn-Ibler’s lean organisational structure makes it possible to build internal teams for the efficient solution of specific problems as needed. The firm has offices in Vienna and Salzburg.
