Practice areas
Lawsuits & Disputes
We work together in teams across our expertise areas to match our clients' requirements and ensure expert advice.
Our focus on dispute resolution as a business area is not based on a one-track understanding of litigation. In the Dispute Resolution department, we support the interaction between our strong areas of expertise, particularly within commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory matters, investigations, liability and criminal cases, competition matters and contract disputes.
Our market-leading teams are composed with focus on strong interdisciplinary skills. We are driven by creating the best results for our clients based on reliable advice with an eye for commercial and strategic aspects.
Business
We work together in teams across our legal areas of expertise to match our clients’ requirements and ensure expert advice in every case.
In our M&A department, we advise companies, buyers, sellers and financial players with respect to public takeovers, private M&A, venture investments, infrastructure, joint ventures, commercial partnerships, restructurings, employee incentive programs as well as all other corporate transactions.
Transactions require expertise within a wide range of legal areas. As a result, our focus area for M&A is not a legal area of expertise in the traditional sense. It is a common denominator for all the colleagues who are part of our transactions team. We work in fully integrated teams with core skills within the entire range of transactions, such as Banking and Finance, Labour and Employment Law and Competition Law – to name only a few.
We break with standard solutions because our experience tells us that all situations and clients are different. Our promise to the market is that we deliver sustainable solutions with a high level of quality. We deliver tailored solutions that work in the commercial realities of our clients.
For us, success is not just a completed transaction. We have the courage to advise our clients to say no, if the terms are not right for the client. It is this courage and credibility that create and develop relationships with our clients year after year.
Real Estate
We work together in teams across our legal areas of expertise to match our clients’ requirements and ensure expert advice in every case.
Real estate transactions require expertise within a wide range of legal areas in addition to property law. As a result, our focus area for real estate is not an area of expertise in the traditional sense. It is a multidisciplinary department comprised of fully integrated teams with core skills within the full range of real estate, including banking and finance, construction, competition law, restructuring and insolvency.
We are here for our clients, and we consider ourselves to be an integral part of their teams. We look beyond the law, challenge case types and structures, and relate to our clients’ commercial market position. We are one of the most data-driven and innovative real estate teams in Denmark and meet our clients’ changing needs as a result of new market trends, forms of contracts, and changes in the legal landscape.
Employment & Labor
Our experienced HR team is known to provide flexible no-nonsense support.
Our focus is especially on transaction and dispute resolution-related HR advice, including MIP programmes, M&A transactions, reorganisation, management changes, collective bargaining – no matter what the challenge is, we offer business-oriented one-stop advice. We work closely with our clients to optimise their HR processes and develop efficient corporate governance structures. With a large network of law firms from abroad, we also provide HR advice across borders in connection with, for instance, expatriate service.
Intellectual Property
We give advice on all aspects of the creation, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Our lawyers have detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the complex legislation in the area, including applicable EU law and practice.
When we give advice on IP law in connection with M&A transactions, it is our goal to ensure smooth transfer of IP rights. This allows us to maximise value and ensure that the operation of the businesses involved is not affected.
