If you have suffered a bodily injury involving the liability of a third party, you can claim compensation for your damages:

or by the Guarantee Fund if the person responsible is not insured ( www.fondsdegarantie.fr ).

The compensation offer is:

- either definitive if the state of health is "consolidated", i.e. when the lesions have stabilized and are not likely to improve

- or provisional when the state of health is still evolving, in particular when care is in progress.

Compensation for damages suffered is based on the medico-legal conclusions of medical experts according to the Dintilhac nomenclature.
