Ferd Orbih (SAN) & Co was founded in 1987 by the principal partner, and he immediately employed a core group of litigators in Benin City with a mission to meet the special needs of clients. Twenty-Nine years later, the team at Ferd Orbih & Co continues to achieve their mission of client satisfaction through favorable results in litigation, perfect lawyer-client privilege adherence, attention to detail, and excellent value.

Our lawyers are recognized, respected litigators in Benin-City, Lagos, and Abuja. Over the years, several of our attorneys have left the bar for the bench and become recognized Judges. Our principal partner is a Chartered Arbitrator, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, and A member of the Body of Benchers. Our lawyers are regularly invited to speak at seminars and educate other attorneys and industry representatives, and budding lawyers about important and constantly evolving legal issues. Furthermore, our principal has assumed leadership roles in the drafting of legislation.
