Barrister Momin Ali Khan is based in the Islamabad office of the firm and works on a range of matters relating to domestic violence advisory, at home visitation rights of minor, protection of rights of non-custodial parents involved in child custody litigation. He is a staunch supporter of introduction of concept of shared parenting in child custody litigation.
He represents and advises clients in a range of contentious custody litigation and non-contentious family matters. His practice primarily focuses on family matters.
Momin also works closely with the Senior Partner of the Firm, Mr. Fahad Ahmad Siddiqi, on a range of important and complex constitutional and family cases before the High Courts and the Trial Courts, for having considerable experience in custody and family law.
