We are a young Singapore law firm looking to create a modern brand of legal practice that is founded on the idea that simplicity is efficiency. When it comes to our clients, this is reflected in our commitment to forging lasting relations, hand-holding them and in providing quality advice. We are led by our Managing Director, Mr Christopher Huang and we also benefit from the guidance of our senior consultant, Mr Colin Ng, who has been in practice for more than 35 years and is motivated to groom a new generation of lawyers.
Leveraging on our connections with our network of partner law firms in the region and the rest of the world, we are positioned as a firm that provides quality legal services that are value driven and cost efficient to both local and international clients.
We believe in a client-centric approach that involves significant interaction with clients to ensure that both the expectations and the motivations behind such expectations are taken into account when tailoring advice. Our lawyers’ come from a variety of practice areas including corporate and commercial, tax, finance, insolvency to family law and civil and criminal litigation. Complementing this diversity in experience are the relationships we have forged with other professional service providers (such as financial advisers, tax advisers and corporate service providers) and industry partners. This enable us to adopt a multi-faceted approach to conceptualising and implementing legal solutions, helping our clients achieve their commercial goals.

Business
Our Corporate and Commercial Practice is geared towards providing pertinent legal advice and support in relation to each stage of the corporate lifecycle, whether it is for business owners, corporations or investors.
There are 3 main aspects to what our Corporate and Commercial Practice covers.
Firstly, governance and compliance. We provide basic corporate secretarial services and guidance on regulatory compliance issues ranging from the usual concerns, such as corporate compliance and data protection and privacy, to industry-specific concerns.
Secondly, corporate advisory. We share insights on how shareholder and investor relations can be managed and we are always keen to explore new opportunities with our clients to realise their commercial objectives- such as fund-raising exercises and joint ventures.
Thirdly, commercial transactional support. We advise on and prepare a variety of commercial documents to suit our clients’ specific business needs, including service agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, supplier agreements, website policies and non-disclosure agreements.
In the course of working with our clients, we take an active interest in learning not just about their commercial aspirations but the history and personalities involved. This in-depth understanding is what enables us to provide effective, custom-made legal solutions that see us becoming a part of our clients’ success as much as they are a part of ours.
