Prior to establishing C.S. Hee & Co., she served as a Senior Associate at Zaid Ibrahim & Co., focusing on corporate and commercial matters and foreign investments.

In 2010, the firm expanded its expertise with the addition of partner Chan Pik Dzee, also a University of London graduate admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1996. Her background includes founding and managing Dzee & Partners, as well as practicing at Zul Rafique & Co.
