The Davis Law Firm provides experienced legal representation throughout Arkansas in the areas of bankruptcy/creditor rights, and collections. We practice on the creditor side of bank collections and foreclosures, bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13), bankruptcy litigation, repossession, fraudulent conveyances and enforcement of judgments.
Our firm regularly advises and assists clients throughout the State of Arkansas in the planning and organization of all types of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships and joint ventures. Our commercial law practice includes the planning, negotiation, documentation and closing of business and stock acquisitions, sales, exchanges, mergers and dissolutions and related real estate transactions; documentation of loan transactions and security and collateral arrangements in connection therewith; negotiation, drafting and advice concerning contracts of all kinds; advice concerning claims and exposure regarding business torts, unfair practices and trade secrets; and the taxation ramifications of such transactions.
