De Luca & Partners was founded in 1976 by Vincenzo De Luca and consists of a team of 24 people.
The law Firm specialises in Employment Law fornational and multinational companies in all industries and gives assistance and advice on either judicial and/or extra-judicial matters
The areas of practice include Labor and Employment law, Commercial Agency law, Health & Safety in the workplace GDPR – Data Protection regulation and setting up organizational models to prevent the commitment of crimes by employees and contractors in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001
The decision to specialize in Employment Law remains the key point of the Firm’s development strategy as it did 45 years ago when the Firm was founded.
Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of laws and practices gained in over 45 years of experience, as well as its ability to explain simply and clearly Italian Employment Law rules (which are often complex) the Firm frequently handles cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and provides advice to Headquarters, Legal Affairs Directors and Human Resource Managers working outside of Italy.

De Luca & Partners’ professionals regularly provide advice and assistance to national and multinational companies, operating in the most diverse product sectors, on all matters concerning their ordinary activities in the field of labour law, in a manner consistent with their business and the objectives set.
Specifically, De Luca & Partners’ professionals assist clients in:
- the preparation of contracts of employment for consultants/self employed and in the management of the relative relationship from initiation to its termination;
- the preparation of employment contracts for each category of employee (worker, clerk, middle manager and manager) and special clauses (e.g. non-competition and stability pact);
- the definition of (i) stock option plans, MBOs, other forms of incentives and retention as well as (ii) corporate welfare plans.
