Dr. Richard Chlup co-founded Divortis UG to provide clients with a progressive and solution-oriented approach to divorce and family law. With nearly 20 years of experience, he is known for his client-focused approach and commitment to achieving realistic yet favorable legal outcomes. He holds a Ph.D. in law and an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University, and he is a member of the German Bar Association.
Jochen Simon Brandt – International Family Law Specialist
Jochen Simon Brandt is co-founder of Divortis UG, a Cologne-based law firm representing both German and international clients in all aspects of family law. A graduate of the University of Cologne, he expanded his legal knowledge through postgraduate studies in Speyer and gained international experience at a leading Swedish law firm. Since 2010, he has specialized in family law, real estate, and contract law. He is a member of both the Cologne Bar Association and the German Bar Association.
