I’m Siraj Sultanli, the CEO and Founder of DLB Consulting, a company specializing in Business Consulting and Corporate Legal Services. Furthermore, with my many years of experience as a business consultant, I provide business consulting services to businesses operating or planning to start in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
To provide information about my educational background and experience, I’d first like to mention that I graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Academy of Public Administration Under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2012 to 2014, I held the positions of Vice-President and then President at the ELSA Azerbaijan. Subsequently, between 2014 and 2017, I took on various responsible roles in both public and private institutions. Furthermore, during this same period, I concurrently studied in the field of Business Consulting. Since 2017, as an entrepreneur, I have successfully initiated business ventures in Azerbaijan across various sectors simultaneously. I am proud to add that these business concepts continue to operate effectively and are still developing today.
