Edward & William is a dynamic law firm based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The firm started in 2004 as Enbanc Legal Consulting and in 2006 after a successful merger assumed its present nomenclature.

We are involved in a multi sector law practice that provides core legal services and advisories to various corporate, government and private clients. We represent clients in Business, Banking, Oil & Gas, manufacturing, legislative advocacy matters, PPP/infrastructure finance, corporate governance and due diligence, energy and natural resources, maritime/shipping, Aviation and ICT sectors of the economy.
